Taste of Cyprus Tour Gourmet

On this trip, we have prepared for you a whole cocktail of impressions. In one day we will see and try all the most interesting and delicious of Cyprus. First, we will go to the village of artists – Lania. This is one of the most picturesque villages of Cyprus and it is one of the main wine-producing villages of the country. Lania got her name from Lana, daughter of the Greek god of wine and pleasure, Dionysοs. There are several free museums in Lania. A walk in this village will leave you with quite a few beautiful photos. Next, we will visit the famous Roses Factory in the village of Agros. There we will get acquainted with all kinds of products from damask rose petals. Then we will visit the local Smokehouse and traditional Jam House, where residents make delicious smoked meats, as well as unique jams from a variety of vegetables and fruits and it’s worth a try! At the foot of the Troodos Mountain, surrounded by green forest and streams, is located the colorful village of Kakopetria – here will be our stop for a walk and lunch which is also an ideal place to relax. Trout are found in mountain rivers, which can be tasted in a local tavern. On the way back we will drop into the winery for a tasting of Cyprus wines and other strong drinks.
